Booking Policy

Before Booking Your Appointment

• A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure an appointment.This is non-refundable under any circumstances. All payments are final.

• You must be over 18 years of age (proof may be required)

• You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding. Please ensure you are 6 weeks postpartum before making an appointment if you are not nursing.

• Please contact us before booking if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or if you are taking regular medications

• There should be no direct sun exposure for 2 weeks prior and post your PMU procedure. Please ensure if going abroad you schedule your appointment a minimum of 2 weeks before or after your holiday

• Brow tinting, threading, waxing or any other hair removal method to the brow area should be avoided a minimum of 1 week prior to your brow procedure

• It is advised that you wait a minimum of 3 weeks post your brow procedure if you wish to have Botox/Lip Filler. Please ensure you inform your technician

• Any invasive treatments should be carried out 6 weeks prior to your PMU procedure. A clearance note from your GP will be required

• You must inform us before booking if you have pre-existing semi-permanent MAKE-UP performed by another artist.Please email us with clear photos of your brows/lips/eyes. Your appointment may be cancelled and your booking fee forfeited if we are not first informed

• Results will vary between each individual. Results are not guaranteed and no refunds will be issued in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the procedure. Additional colour boosts may be required to achieve desired results. Every effort will be made to ensure customer satisfaction

• Before booking your PMU procedure please ensure you are emotionally ready for the healing process. Your brows/lips/eyes will go through a number of changes whilst they are healing and may look unflattering for a number of days. Once they have finished healing you will be left with beautifully soft and defined brows/lips/eyeliner.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL PERMANENT MAKEUP PROCEDURES REQUIRE TWO SESSIONS TO COMPLETE THE FINAL LOOK. SOMETIMES A THIRD SESSION IS REQUIRED AT AN EXTRA COST.

Microblading is not recommented for heavily oily and large pores skin.
